Why not try writing your own 'tree of life' similar to the one above? It can help guide your journalling where you might want to write a little on each individual branch; or you may want to write a little (or a lot) on one branch per day. Allowing such a tree of life to guide your writing really helps you release pent up thoughts, feelings and emotions. You don't have to right huge amounts every day and it can be just for your own eyes - the choice is all yours.
